Policy


Day of Appointment:

Ar Salon asks you to please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to get checked in. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be charged based on our cancellation policy and asked to reschedule. This is exempt in the case of an emergency.



Cancellation:

A valid credit card is asked of you to reserve appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy. Unless you are booking a service over 3 hours, a 50% deposit is required. If in the event of a cancelation, your deposit will be held until future appointment. Ar Salon asks you to give 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling or canceling any haircut service, at least 192 hours (4 days) are required for haircolor appointments. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your card will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for.


Refund:

Service – We want you to love you hair. In the instance you are unhappy, please give us a call within a week of the service. We will be happy to reschedule a new appointment with your stylist free of charge to redo the service.

Product - If your unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within a month and we will be happy to replace it with something more suitable, or credit you for the future. No cash refunds.
